Aditi Shah is a yoga teacher based in New York City who has been learning and practicing yoga from a young age. Her love of movement led her to deepen her connection to yoga while she spent 5 years abroad in India. Aditi has many hours of teacher training in both India & the US, and an understanding of yoga nurtured by her heritage. She continues her studies here.
She is grateful to have been able to lead class for over 2000 yogis in Times Square, for Good Morning America's "Tone in 20," to contribute to Well + Good's "Sweat Series," and to have been named one of NYC's Best Teachers by Classpass.
Aditi is a co-creator of Mindful Morning, a pop-up meditation event in NYC, director of 200 hour TT and a mentor at Yoga Vida and a lead volunteer for Exhale to Inhale and Yoga Gives Back. Along with her classes, she is excited to be a speaker and advocate for meditation and mindfulness, as well as a contributor to MindBodyGreen, Well+Good, Parsley Health and Aloha.
As a yogi and teacher, Aditi values discipline, creativity, self-discovery, and alignment. Yoga is a practice of integration; within the postural practice, it is through the marriage of these qualities that one can create more steadiness.
